Elea Data Centers Announces 120MW Footprint Expansion in the Greater São Paulo Area.

Issue of the fourth debenture of Elea worth R$ 570 million, which included challenging and innovative goals. In addition to improving energy efficiency and aiming to reduce water consumption in its data centers to almost zero, the company committed to increase the presence of women in its leadership by more than 40%.

The Piemonte Group advised Elea in its achievement of the first Great Place to Work (GPTW) Certification.

Acquisition of the TIM data center, located in the hub of technology and innovation in the south of the country.

The Elea Equity Investment Fund (EIF) was created, and Goldman Sachs Corp became an investor. Piemonte currently controls the Elea EIF.
