Claudio Cornetti is the Legal Director at Piemonte. He is responsible for organizing the company’s corporate structure, preparing corporate documentation, managing supplier and client contracts, and ensuring compliance.
Claudio actively participates in all of Piemonte’s M&A and capital market operations, with a direct role in the final negotiations of contracts for purchasing and selling assets, quotas, and/or shares. He works directly with inspection agents such as BACEN, B3, and CVM.
Claudio also worked at Gouvea Vieira Advogados and at XP Investimentos CCTVM S.A.
Claudio has a degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio).
