With a solid career spanning over four decades in corporate finance and business management in the telecommunications and digital infrastructure industries, Marco Girardi is the CFO and a member of the Board of Directors of Piemonte.
He also oversees the financial operations of Elea Digital Data Centers, a data center company in Piemonte’s portfolio, integrating the company’s ESG strategy across all operational fronts, supply chain logistics and investment decisions.
Throughout his career, Marco has held executive roles at several well-known companies, including Alitalia Linee Aeree Italiane, Intesa Sanpaolo Serviços e Empreendimentos Ltda, Alba Fund Ltd. SAC, LEGO do Brasil and RAI Radiotelevisione Italiana.
Prior to joining Piemonte, Marco was the CFO of Telecom Italia LATAM, where he led the financial operations and served on the boards of several subsidiaries, including Brasil Telecom S.A., GLB Serviços Interativos S.A. (Globo.com) and other companies of the Telecom Italia Group in Latin America.
Marco attended the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Turin and obtained certifications from the ITC S. Paolo, Technical Commercial and Accounting Institute, and the Guglielmo Reiss Romoli High School.
