With more than 15 years of experience inpeople management, Raquel Dilkin is the Director of Human Resources at Piemonte and leads the HR team. She is responsible for structuring positions, preparing performance evaluations, and implementing performance indicators.
She has extensive expertise in designing and implementing performance programs, leadership development, talent attraction and retention, and change management projects.
Raquel also has an active role as an internal coach, having carried out more than 400 hours of coaching sessions with managers and supervisors. She also leads programs for emotional intelligence and mindfulness skill development.
She has a degree in company administration and a qualification in HR from UNISINOS. Raquel has a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Human Capital Management from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (EAE) and is certified by the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, an Emotional Intelligence program based on Mindfulness created at Google
