With more than 41 years of experience in security, Ricardo Pilar is the Executive Director of Security and IT at Piemonte. He is responsible for the physical security of the Elea Data Centers, a data center company in the Piemonte portfolio, the entire information technology department, and the supply chain administration.
During his Navy career, he led troops during major events, such as the Olympic Games and the World Cup, both held in Rio de Janeiro. His extensive military experience has contributed to his management and leadership capabilities in security and technology.
Ricardo graduated from the Naval College and the Naval War College. He has a master’s degree in Defense from the Escola Superior de Guerra and an MBA in public administration from COPPEAD UFRJ.
