With over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, Roberta Borio is the Director of Investments at Piemonte. In this role, she works in the group’s integrated management, strengthening governance vision and knowledge.
Her career includes experience in M&A, Financial Planning and Budgeting, and various sectors such as oil and gas, energy, retail, and private equity.
Roberta was the Executive Manager at Petros, the largest pension fund in Latin America, where she implemented administrative improvements. She also worked at Banco Modal managing investment funds in Private Equity. She has extensive experience on the Boards of Directors of companies in the energy sector, such as Santo Antônio Energia S.A. and Taesa.
Roberta has a degree in Economics from PUC-Rio, an MBA in Corporate Finance from Ibmec, and executive training from the Harvard Business School.
